The Following is a list of local termite inspectors and service providers that we have worked with and feel comfortable referring.
Termites
Homes in California should be inspected every 10 or so years. All homes have them. The question is - how many does your home have. They say it takes about 10 years for two termites to become enough to start really doing damage. There are a few ways to treat them.
Note - most homes (exteriors) within the Loop (except for Ridgeview) are covered for termites by your HOA.
