Antonio's Authentic Mexican Food
Antonio's is our favorite local Mexican food restaurant. We've been eating here for 29+ years. It's very casual (paper plates) and serves great Mexican food.

Bandeno Mexican Food
Good Mexican food. Great bean & cheese and carne asada burritos. Wonderful chicken taquitos. Great chips. Just wish they offered larger servings of their salsa.

Baran Mediterranean Restaurant
Wonderful food, full bar and great atmosphere. Very moist and tasty kabobs. And their Shirazi salad (tomato & cucumber) is my absolute fav!

Located in the Cinema City strip mall. North/West corner of Imperial & La Palma in the far back next to the FedEx store.
California Fish Grill
Some of the best seafood in Anaheim Hills and surrounding area. It's very casual and serves excellent seafood and and lots of good sides too. Can get crowded at times.

Monarch 9 Vietnamese Restaurant
Another huge favorite of ours. Not just wonderful food, also wonderful owners. Really good Pho and great appetizers. And my favorite - their ox tail fried rice. I order one for there, and one to take home.

Rosine's Mediterranean Restaurant
An Anaheim Hills staple and huge favorite of ours. Wonderful food. Family owned and operated. Wonderful selection of wine at reasonable prices. Full bar.

Supatras Thai Restaurant
An extensive menu, and good Thai food. Nice, casual environment. Good service.

Directions, from the Loop: Down Wier Canyon, pass 91, Costco and Honda dealership, turn right on New River Rd, and another right into first shopping center on right.
The Tartan Room
Another huge favorite. Somewhat of a hidden secret, we really enjoy this restaurant & bar. Best described as a steak house. Love the atmosphere and staff. Their stakes are good, however, I do not order their steaks (only because when I order a steak, I prefer a higher-end steakhouse). I believe they make a great pork-chop, I enjoy their chicken scaloppini, and they have great seafood specials (usually swordfish and one other). My two favorite appetizers are the calamari and the bacon wrapped shrimp, and I love their house salad with their house/Roquefort dressing. They often have live entertainment (one-man-band type of performers that are fun to sit and listen to after a nice dinner).

Tempo Urban Kitchen
A very unique menu with good food. A great place to sit and enjoy a variety of good tapas. We make a meal out of them. The food is good and there's a fun bar atmosphere, which can tend to get a bit loud.

The Wild Artichoke
This used to be one of our favorite restaurants - now under new ownership. French, Italian and California cuisine in a small, quiet atmosphere and the food was the best around. We've been once since new ownership and enjoyed it very much.

Anaheim Hills Golf Course
The Anaheim Hills Golf Course is worth mentioning because it is within walking distance of The Loop. It's actually a great place to have breakfast. Lunch is good as well, however, we would not recommend it for dinner. They used to have an extremely good Sunday brunch, however, it has not returned post Covid. They also have a bar making it a close-by place to walk to, hang out and have a drink. TV's in the bar for watching games. I also enjoy hitting balls at the driving range.
