Plumbers
The Following is a list of local plumbers that we have worked with and feel comfortable referring.
TPS - Tom's Plumbing Service
(714) 448-7190
I've both used and referred TPS. Everyone that I've referred them to, including myself, has been happy with their service. They are very professional and do great work at standard rates.
Water heater, repiping, sewer pipe relining, slab leaks, hydro jetting and more.

Pierre the Plumber
Pierre Rennard
(562) 896-9414
Pierre has 28+ years experience. I met Pierre while doing work at one of the houses I sold within The Loop. The seller (a general contractor) swore by him. He works for a larger company, however, takes side jobs and is typically more reasonable than plumbing companies.
*Please note - Pierre does not currently have a license (which is why he charges less than your average plumber. He's done a lot of work at our house and we've been very happy with him and his work.
We'd be happy to introduce him.
