Most attached homes within the Loop have roofs that are covered/maintained by your HOA.

RIDGEVIEW: Most homes in Ridgeview have concrete tile roofs. The tiles can last a very long time, however, the water-barrier (underneath the tiles, referred to as "paper") typically needs to be replaced after approximately 30 years (or so).

To re-roof or repair a concrete tile roof, the tiles are removed (saved), the special roofing-paper is replaced and the tiles are put back in place.
