Scott was amazing! The house had several offers from other buyers wanting the home, but Scott coached us through and we were able to get our offer accepted! Once our offer was accepted, Scott went the extra mile to help us identify
contingencies that resulted in us getting some money back to fix up the house. And Scott even helped us fix some of the smaller-ticket repairs to the home when we first gained access. Scott was incredible to work with. He had this way of making us feel comfortable and making the process go smoothly.
